By all accounts the Waffle Cross Fundraiser held to raise funds for 4 young cyclists on their way to the World Cyclocross Championships in Hoogerheide, Netherlands was a resounding success. It was fantastic to see all the fun generated by a sunny, bone chilling cold day, eager cyclists, a team of cooks, a silent auction and the ensuing feats of strength that followed.
