TL! celebrates success & offers best wishes!

Thursday night was warm, dry - and perfect for the good turnout at Track League!  The A, B, and C groups were challenged with Win & Outs, Keirins, Team Sprints, Japanese Tempos, and the usual 5 km and 10 miler. Everyone enjoyed a great evening full of tactics, speed, and fun racing.

Before racing started, Juventus member, and recent Junior World Kilo Champion, Stefan Ritter was presented with a specially produced Juventus World Champion Parentini jersey. Looking sharp, Stefan gave his best and raced a variety of challengers in A group.

Meanwhile, spectators were top shelf as well. Juventus member and ABA commissaire Meredith Plant was out for one last TL! visit, before heading off to Aberdeen, Scotland to study Law.

Meredith and dad John Plant enjoy the celebration ... John's shoulder and elbow (and broken bones within) take a rest from his Bowness crash induced sling.

To wish Meredith well, celebrate Stefan's success, celebrate Devaney Collier's Junior World's Scratch Race silver medal performance, and generally have a wonderful time, everyone celebrated with a champagne, or champagne surrogate, toast . . .  A very fine bit of fun.
