Here's the scoop for training this week.
Meet at the Royal Glenora stairs at 5:30 for a 1 hr workout. We'll be doing this workout, weather permitting until the Spring Break camp.
Ready to go @ 5:30 at teh Velodrome clubhouse.
If you haven't done the Objectives please do so and send me a copy or bring one to training on Wednesday.
