Suggestions for other training -
Wednesday - Friday - mobility or strength training
Weekend - try to get in an endurance fat bike - ski session - try for 2 - 3.5 hrs - remember - "endurance"

Feeling the lion's roar in March

Bruce continues with Tuesday and Thursday spin sessions at the clubhouse.

Set up at 6, and be ready to ride at 6:30 pm.  If you have never ridden a Pro European Stage Race - Bruce provides the full opportunity, and accomplishes it in 1.5 hours!
