The LAMP and Sprockids programs have developed come fantastic youth mountain-bikers. So much so, that the dads now have trouble keeping up with the little-er ones . . . so the dads discovered this past weekend in Canmore. The group of hardcore mountain dudes:

A number of us LAMP/Sprockids families went to Canmore last weekend and rode the Nordic Centre for two days. It was slick from the melting snow and we took the kids on EKG and they totally rocked. They are so proficient on their mountain bikes; it was so much fun watching them ride.
You may need to run a program for the parents next year so we can keep up to them :-)
