Tues and Thurs Indoor Session Dec 17 - 19

Workouts for the week:

Tuesday we will be doing a small amount of speed work then head into some longer hill intervals using big gears with some really steep standing sections.

Thursday we will start off with some paceline work for 20 min to warm up then do some longer medium length hills with some change of pace then a long steady state effort for 20 min or so.
