How was your weekend? We had riders @ Alta games and the Perogy with good showings for Juventus riders with Podiums at both events!
Next weekend is the Tour de Bowness. Who's interested in 3 day stage race? There is only a Cat5, and not a U17. Right now I only know of the Burtnik's who are interested. If there is enough interest we'll support the race.
For this Wednesday Tracy wants road bike - some spinning to take it easy on the legs.
