Hi Everyone,
I hope you had a great weekend!
We had/have Juventus Juniors representing the club all over the world!
- Locally we had the Alberta Summer games where our racers, Juniors, Lamp & Cranx medaled in almost every event except U17 women (because we don't have anyone)
- In Quebec Sidney & Abbey were each 5th in their class at the MTB National Championships
- Evan B is back racing in Europe with Team Race Clean (National team)
- Stefan and Devaney have been in Ontario preparing and now they are in Switzerland for the Junior Track Championships. Find the link on FB and follow them!
Overall we've been busy!!
Here's the lineup for training this week
- Tuesday - it's the last FTT @ Terwillegar, see you at 6:00ish for a 7pm start
- Wednesday - Road training - Meet at Strathcona Olympiette center (SOC) at 6:00pm
- Saturday is the World Championship fundraiser at the Velodrome in conjunction with the track meet. There's a silent Auction w great stuff and food and several bikes aa raffle prizes. *Check out the Juventus FB page for more details and GO support our team mates*. Who knows maybe it could be you next time!!
For upcoming races there is
- the Provincial Track Champs this coming weekend
- Tour deBowness SR the August long weekend
- Provincial MTB XCO and Marathon Champs the following weekend (register if you're planning to go as registration is limited to 150 people.
