Training for the week of Feb 3 - 9

Hey, if you aren't doing the Birkie then you should be on your BIKE!

Tuesday and Thursday 6 pm set up - 6:30 start - be there.

For anyone doing the Birkie - good luck - I would highly recommend Jeff's sprint training session ( with weights ) for recovery on Sunday - especially if you did 55 km - then you must do weights too.
