From the ABA...
Due to the organizers failing to meet all of the sanctioning requirements the ABA has made the difficult decision to not sanction the 2014 Pigeon Lake Road Race.
Selection of the Provincial Team will now be made as follows; the first 4 positions on the team will be awarded on points to the top two male and top two females at the Velocity Stage Race. The remaining 2 positions being selected by the Racing Committee. All road race results from the past 3 months will be considered in making the decision.
